产品介绍

活力定义:在40℃和pH7.5条件下,非特异性蛋白酶活性的单位增加了酪蛋白中福林-阳性氨基酸和肽的释放速度。一单位(U)可释放1μmol/min酪氨酸。

最适PH:7.0-8.0。

最适温度:35-40 °C。

分子量:20000~60000。

性状:白色或微褐色粉末。

来源:灰色链霉菌。

稳定剂:钙离子保护效应:
该制剂中含20%的醋酸钙,用于其稳定性。按照现行的质量控制程序,它不含淀粉。含有0.01-0.1M钙的稀释溶液,在4到8℃的中性pH下,其活性在24小时内是稳定的。链霉素蛋白酶也可以通过低水平的钙来防止热失活。

工作溶液浓度:0.5 到 2 mg/ml

工作溶液:建议溶剂为蒸馏水。

 

溶解性: 溶于水等。
储存条件: -20℃
用途: 裂开蛋白质的肽键,有极强的蛋白水解作用,能水解纤维蛋白、黏蛋白。
